BASIC GUIDE:
1. Soak the sharpening stone in water (salt water for best results) for 15 minutes before using.
2. Use the #5000 grit red side for coarse grinding, and then the #12000 grit side for fine grinding / polishing.
3. Sharpening most blades at 10~20 degree angle.
4. After sharpening, clean the stone with wet cloth or water, until dry.
