Information for non UK customers:

The cart is only setup for UK orders, as some items can not be exported and airmail costs vary widely,
either on the weight or size of the item/s.

The minimum airmail order is £10.

1. We can then let you know if the product/s can be sent and the shipping option costs.
2. If you would then like to order, we will arrange the payment request.
3. Depending on the destination, the courier may request that any customs fees / charges are paid in advance, this does seem to be a little random, but if paid that way it usually speeds up the delivery.
4. The customer / importer is responsible for any additional costs: customs duties, import taxes and couriers handling fees etc.
   Currently in most cases (dependant on the courier), the courier will email you soon after the parcel is dispatched, to request payment for the Duties and Taxes, and their Facilitation fees.
   You can compare the tracking number to judge if the email is genuine.
   
   The customer is also responsibility to ensure that the product/s ordered comply with the laws of their country.
