The 12g have yellow bodies, the 20g have red.
A quick and affordable way to show your shotgun is safe from accidental firing.
They need to be inserted and removed manually from your shotgun.
They are dummy safety flag cartridges, not snap caps.
Dispose of if they become damaged over time.
Inspect the barrel after removing the dummy round, before firing.
