A low cost quick adjustment solution for 25.4mm / 1 inch diameter gun lights, IR illuminators, laser sights etc.
Designed to fit 20mm wide Weaver / Picatinny rails.
With quick-release throw-lever clamp fitting, and a quick-swap hinged top ring with thumb-screw nut.
The one piece plastic split ring adapter is designed to allow you to rotate before tightening in position with the thumbscrew nut.
There is only a limited amount of adjustment before the fitted device would come into contact with the mount frame.
Aluminium construction with black anodised finish.
With the plastic split ring removed, the metal ring mount inner diameter is 30mm, so can accept 30mm diameter torches, just without the adjustment feature.
The inner frame has a grove to allow the the 25mm plastic insert to rotate.
Plastic thumb-screw nut with brass insert thread, to allow quick change of the torch etc.
When you set the adjustment, simply tighten down the nut for a secure hold.
Especially designed for torches, laser sights / laser designators / IR illuminators.
Rail fitting footprint ~ 22mm.
Often used for fitting a IR torch to the side of a night vision scope.
