Gunsmiths barrel threading alignment tool / die starter guide.
Designed to squarely guide the suitable die onto your guns barrel, to avoid the chance of then installing a crooked muzzle brake, flash hider or silencer.
Overall length 1.5 inches with a 1/2" long threaded section.
Each is designed to be slightly under the stated caliber, if slightly too small you can wrap the guide in a barrel patch for a snug fit.
Please note: these alignment tools are only designed to align your die at 90 degrees to the gun barrel.
The guide is to be threaded to the start side of your die, leaving a gap between the alignment tool and the cutting threads.
Please note: the shaft diameter on the .22 - .223 is approx 5.51mm and maybe too big for
some .22 rifles depending on the barrel rifling.
