Easy and quick to install.
SHOTGUN RIB DOT SIGHT BASE ADAPTER
Dot sight base plate adaptor for solid or vented shotgun ribs.
Designed for dot / reflex / collimator sights.
The adapter should fit shotgun rib rails from between 0.236" / 6mm to 0.395" / 10mm wide.
Not suitable for vent slots that are smaller than 1.5mm in height.
Made for aluminium with steel fittings.
Allen keys and fittings includes.
10mm high overall.
Weighs approx 24 grams.
With two plates for fitting through the vented rib and side grub screws for finer adjustment and are designed for ribs up to 10mm wide.
Fitting the adapter with a sight will block the use of the fitted open sight.
They are fixed and tighten on with screws on the clamping plates and on the sides.
Screws are included, but you may need other lengths to suit your shotgun.
FITTING GUIDE:
1. Completely loosen the top four steel rib screws and the side four screws, and place the shotgun rib mount at the most suitable position on the ventilation rib of your shotgun.
2. Adjust the four screws on the side to ensure that the shotgun rib mount is fixed in the center of the ventilation rib.
The center scale can help you to complete this step quickly.
3. The steel plates pass through the ribs ventilation slots, and the fixing screws are screwed in.
4. Select the appropriate red dot (the compatible models are listed in detail below) and install it on the plate.
