.223 (1/2x28) = inner diameter 13.0mm, external diameter 18.8mm.

.308 (5/8x24) = inner diameter 17.1mm, external diameter 20.4mm.

Crush washers can be essential for installing your muzzle device to guarantee proper fit and indexing.

A crush washer should only be used once, and replaced if removed.

The convex side / small side should face the barrel shoulder and the concave / large side face the muzzle device you are fitting.
